BYU-Idaho offers five travel programs that take you out of the United States; one being the British Literary Tour. Professors Scott Samuelson and Vaun Waddell started the “Pilgrimage” tour in 1991. Students study literature in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales on the tour. Activities include Shakespearean plays in the rebuilt Globe Theater, biking on the Ireland’s coast, and visiting prehistoric Celtic sites.
